Chez Dre Menu Design

Pastry chef Andrea (Dre) Reiss & business partner Stephen Sam spent six months transforming a South Melbourne warehouse into a modern bakery & café with art deco influences that opened in 2011.

I designed Chez Dré’s menus to compliment its rustic, industrial aesthetic with an eclectic mix of marble-topped tables, upcycled/reclaimed timber & green button-tufted banquettes.
